He was never even present to assault her. After she went crazy on him in the cab he left and went to a hotel. She went out partying and went back to his crib alone. He only went home in the morning because she sent texts threatening to hurt herself. She was locked in a room so Majors had to get a maintenance man to open the door. They found her passed out and he called 911.
