He's not on trial for a previous incident.

All that stuff means nothing when there's video of her chasing him for 5 blocks. That's the incident he's on trial for and what the jury will deliver a verdict on.

Ehhhh guys those texts messages were read in court…where the Jury is. This is heavily going to influence and sway their opinion. Anyone thinking he is going to walk after this is kidding themselves, his lawyer dropped the ball big time letting this be read in court.
