Not really Shaq is possibly the most dominant player the game has ever seen. And he obviously helped Kobe a great deal. Shaq in his prime plus and great wing player and a coach like Phil will dominate no matter what. The post-Shaq era is kinda like AD to BC in time period terms

It's a team game, but the revisionist history I'm seeing is pathetic.
