Jordan is the best but I don't see a lot of value in the 60 win stats. Its not a stat that shapes your opinion of a player or team, it is more of a stat you'd work backwards to get to.
It is hard to measure any constants when you're looking at different years. Is a 60 win team from 1996 a tougher matchup than a 57 win team in 2014? It gets even more complicated if you start looking into injuries and whether or not talent was balanced throughout the league.
