I don't know. You tell me. Whether or not he's happy in his relationship with his white wife, it's easy for a viewer of Get Out to interpret the film's narrative as cautionary symbolism that speaks to the dangers of ingratiating oneself with white circles if you're black.

The thing about Jordan Peele and I like the guy (the Tallahassee Black Republicans sketch slays me), but when he made the show Key & Peele and was on MadTV everyone considered him corny and a sellout. He makes GET OUT and now everyone thinks he's some black militant. This dude has an Asian guy as his personal assistant and two white people working for him at his production company. Agent - white, manager - white, attorney - white, publicist - white.
