Bulls ended the Pistons in 1991. To start the season they were:

Dumars 27
Zeke 29
Rodman 29
That's old now? :mjlol:

Nah , they were so worn down from all their runs vs the “legendary lakers & Celtics “ that they made the ecf… yet again ,got smoked cuz the bulls were better

Btw the bulls went to 5 straight ecf,3 finals (same thing the pistons were “tired”from)and Jordan & pippen played in the Olympics after the finals :dead: bu bu but but the pistons were old :stopitslime:

Thomas, Dumars, Aguirre, Sally and Rodman are basically the same age as Jordan. Pippen and Grant were a little younger than everyone else, but not by much. Hell Cartwright was probably the oldest dude out there other than probably Edwards.

You're talking about chronicle age... that team was beat up, and you're dismissing Isaiah's ankle and hand injury... Daly left in 92.... Isaiah retired in 94.... Rodman traded in 93.... Laimbeer retired in 93, Aguire in 94.....That Pistons team fell apart because of injuries and management....

Yeah, but in '91 was that team not in the ECF? You might have an argument for the next year, but it seems like after the Bulls beat them they dismantled the team because they weren't equipped to beat Jordan down anymore with football moves.

The Celtics were just regular season darlings after 88…. Win a lot of games but lost what it took to get over the hump… The next best team didn’t even have 50 wins… in other words, who else was gonna beat them except the bulls…. Who cracked 60 games that season…

If what you are saying is true then the Lakers (Magic, Worty, Cooper and Scott) were older than everybody, but that didn't stop them fro getting back to the NBA Finals in 1990 after all of those battles years earlier against the Celtics and Pistons. The Blazers also got back to the Finals a few years later to play the Bulls after playing the Pistons a few years earlier in the Finals. Hell the Bulls themselves had deep playoff runs year after year, but that didn't stop them from winning 6 titles.
