stats here do lie. Jordan missed 64 games one year and was 33 in his official 12th season.

they should've did averages
Nobody told Jordan to run away from the sport in the middle of his prime and injuries are part of the game... you don't punish other players for being durable.

Kobe's first 2 seasons were on the bench. Use his first 12 full seasons.

Imagine his stats if he had freedom with no Shaq, yeah no rings, but his stats would be way better.

Why do people keep saying this? Once he was good enough, he was putting up 28-30 ppg with Shaq. Outside of one outlier season in 05, his numbers with Shaq (once he came into his own) are in line with his numbers post-Shaq.

Different eras, different rules, different ways a game was officiated....

How many more pts would MJ have if refs called the games like they do today in the 90s? Games would take 4 hours

All that matters

Wtf? Jordan retired in '93 after his 9th season with over 21,000 points. Only way he would have only ~24,400 points after 12 seasons is if they're counting his retired '93-'94 season as his 10th, the '94-95 season and all 17 games as his 11th, and the '95-'96 season as his 12th. Which is apparently what they did. Phony as hell. In what world is a retired season, in which you played 0 games, counted as a season? Talmbout #statsdontlie

If they wanted to be more honest about it, they would've started his 10th season at the '94-95 season - as it's supposed to be and just how every other site has it as. With that, Jordan has 26,920 points through 12 seasons.

Good catch. Not only that, numbers don't lie, but they don't tell the whole story.

Can't measure heart through stats.Jordan is king in that regard.

Bron stans wonder why people are :patrice:when it comes to their guy..

It's the fake media marketing blitz to crown him the GOAT...it's sickening:scust:
