So, the best player on the best team? Because Jordan without Pippen probably would have resulted in 0 rings as well.

Measuring a player like KObe purely by rings or primarily by rings is stupid. Wade in 2006 and Dirk in 2011 had far more impressive runs to get their rings. Lebron making it to the finals in 2007 was impressive. A player like Kobe should not be given extra credit for having better teammates.

What about the fact Kobe blew the 2004 finals by being a ballhog? He lost that series through willful stupidity.

So let me get this straight...when the lakers win its Becuz of Shaq and gasol but when we lose its all Becuz of Kobe :what:

No. Usually the best overall team in the league wins. 2006 Heat and 2011 Mavs were largely one-man shows.

2004 was just Kobe sabotaging the team. THe other years Kobe was an integral part of a championship team.

:snoop: ESPN dikk-riding for Bron continues to get worse. I ain't even a Jordan stan, but he is the GOAT, they need to just stop comparing players to him, nobody will ever be on his level. Bron already lost twice in the finals, that right there takes him out the GOAT contention against Jordan. Bron is already one of the best to do it, but he's just not Jordan, let him be himself, the Jordan vs. ..... is getting old, they gotta dead it, shyt is mad unoriginal now.

How dare them nikkas use facts and stats :troll:

Out of all those teams, the '93 Suns came the closest.

There were a last second 3 pt shot away from sending it to a game 7....In which they would've had home court advantage.

People forget they almost beat the Bulls 3 straight times in Chicago. They lost the first 2 games at home and had to go on the road in Chicago for 3 straight in a 2-3-2 format.

They won game 3...lost game 4 on a last second lay up by MJ....and then came back and won game 5.

Kevin Johnson was playing through injuries and Cedric Ceballos was out injured.Pippen never liked playing against Ceballos. He wasn't a perimeter oriented guy, he'd kill you in the lane off backdoor slashes and layups. He was super active down in the blocks for a small forward.

I think fully healthy, with Ceballos, the Suns could've pulled it out

I remember that dumas nikka was killin a couple games too

The bulls weren't favored in 98 neither
