Fresh ginger, honey and a lil bit of teriyaki sauce, sirachi, hot sauce :mjpls:, chopped garlic and onions, salt and pepper and I think I used herb de Provence or Italian herbs I don't remember.
I did blanch the chicken wings first tho.
When i made it straight raw into the oven before I didn't like it.
