Black QBs get pushed out the league, FAST, if they are not above average. Not allowed to have long and mediocre careers, and carry clipboards. Jason Campbell has shown them the way. Carry that clipboard with purpose. Wear that headset with conviction. You will spend 10-15 years in the league. Josh Freeman is next. This is a wonderful day.

I been to games where I watched the Bucs and I seen them often as a rival team fan. He is a good talent. I liken him to Flacco. They have similar styles but the difference is, one has coaching that plays to his strengths and the other one doesn't. The Bucs management isn't the issue, it is the coaching staff.

Josh Freeman is about to be an average journeyman QB/back up. More back ups that are black QBs = equality. WE need more black retread QBs.

Charlie Batch & Seneca Wallace have made a career out of it and Jason Campbell is already on his way to being one for the next 10 years even to the point of being leapfrogged by the 3rd stringer, Not a bad position to hold. Snapbacks, Headphones and Clipboards are becoming Permanet parts of Light Skin nikkaz uniforms in the NFL.
