Yea it's dumb as hell to smoke weed when it can cost u millions of dollars, but wouldnt that be what makes him an addict? They're giving him another chance

Honestly, he might be the one to get some of the drug rules changed. I think they're realizing that he indeed does have a legit problem and it's not just him being hard headed about it.

Dependence is not addiction. I've never seen a single stoner have compulsive behavior or the loss of control that you see with addicts. If 91% of smokers don't even develop dependency than you shouldn't call marijuana addictive.
