MLB/NHL either don't test or don't punish for weed. Minor League Baseball (no Union) tests, it's 50 games for a second positive.is that a fact?
NFL's current Collective Bargaining Agreement isn't up until 2021 so it may be awhile before they change testing. Maybe if the Feds relax their stance. I don't recall DeMaurice Smith touching on it much in '11.

Weed is very addictive....I'm addicted to it and not ashamed to admit it....however I also make a great living from it as well....but in Gordon's case....my God....

weed being legal in some states means jack shyt in regards to what employers can require from their employees. some employers in colorado would certainly have issue with their employees smoking weed, even in their off time, and would fire their fukking asses for it if thats part of the agreement for employment. it being legal is meaningless. gordon being able to run fast and catch a ball well gives him more chances than your joe schmoe in a cubicle would have for failing drug tests, and he still continues to fukk it up. just a complete jack ass
