I really want to see a black dude be successful, but Josh didn't even check the rules before he started drinking, after his DWI, knowing he likely has an agent that he could text at the drop of a dime. I'm not going to throw him in the bushes, but at least he's acknowledged that he's made mistakes. He now just needs to demonstrate that he's learned from them.

It was a condition of his probation from the league. Once you enter the drug substance abuse program with them, sometimes they mandate you to even obstain from alcohol. Just look how they did the homie Aldon Smith

it's not just the NFL breh. If you get a DWI as a normal civilian, you aren't allowed to drink for a year. He got his DWI July 4, 2014, so NFL or not, he would be tested for drinking alcohol for the next year. Even tho my friend got one himself and they didn't always check, it was very sporadic and random

That's why the people in charge are the people in charge. It isn't realistic to let these fukks with all This money and fame do whatever the fukk and not have it negatively impact the image of the league. That's all they really care amount. Their brand and their money. When these nikkas and their fukkery start to drag that down, they have to put the clamps on them. I understand your point of view, but at the end of the day it's really coming down to just what are you going to be cool with giving up for the opportunity to be a very very rich man.

I just googled Josh Gordon probation and apparently TMZ reached out to a prosecutor in his county and they said for some reason that it wasn't a term of his probation.

When I had mine it was definitely a term of it. It just makes sense. First time I've heard of that not being so actually

my bad did u mean about the drinking thing? Well I actually had a portable breathalyzer that I kept with me because I actually had an interlock installed in my car. Josh Gordon may not have any problem, but I will admit that I'm an alcoholic. Had a goddamn interlock in my car and I was still drinking. but I knew literally exactly how much I could have at night so that I'd blow 0.0 whenever I had to use the interlock and drive or have to take a piss test. its pretty simple, but typically one 80 proof shot, one beer, and one glass of wine will all take about an hour for your average man's body to completely burn through.

an athlete tho....especally a freak of nature like Josh......nah. even faster. Only time my interlock in my car locked me out was when i the top of my spray bottle of de-icer fell off in my car and the alcohol from it was just lingering in the air fukking it up whenever I blew. But the computer can detect from the read outs how the alcohol level was fluctuating each time I blew, so it was pretty much impossible for that failed test to be because of the alcohol I drank the day before. but you're not gonna fukk up a piss test breh. i wanna know the time of his last drink and the time he went in for that piss test.
