Cac is complete ass and don't know WTF he doin... Raiders got Davante Adams and Chandler Jones and somehow became WORSE as a team. They just scored a whole ass donut against the Saints... For over a decade we been hearin all that genius play caller and adjustment wizard bullshyt... Nah he had Tom Brady and a Belichick defense that about it. And now we seen Brady look great the first 2 years in Tampa without em and still kill it.

It was reasonable to question Brady in NE for the defenses he had behind em... But the first 2 years in Tampa shut all that shyt down. Belichick still one of the all time great defensive coaches but Tom carried the Pats to the success they was in. But as a QB the offense was through him and McDaniels ain't do shyt for that no cap... Pats kept having top offenses because of Tom, 1.5 years of Moss and later prime Gronk... but 90% Tom at least.... no questionin that....

His offensive game plans aren’t awful but you can’t account for Brady being able to audible at the line and automatically make the right read or get the right match up. Brady elevated the offenses whereas these other guys are only as good as the initial play calling.

Raiders hiring McDaniels wasn't a bad move. McDaniels went back to being an OC for many years after the broncos job and he was doing a great job at it. Even post Brady he changed things up to get the best out of a bad Cam Newton and then had Mac Jones playing ok. He deserved another shot at HC based on the work he put in but it's just not working at the moment, NFL don't give much time to coaches and I think most coaches should be given at least 2-3 seasons to make things happen. It takes a couple of drafts sometimes to build your team.

I disagree. McDaniels was a known cheater who excelled under Belli.

Raiders should've kept Bisaccia who has coached every department and knew the players. Helped a misguided team to the playoffs after a historically fukked up season. I don't know how anyone could look at what he pulled off and not said "shyt, what do we have to lose?"

Fair point on Bisaccia. But on the McDaniels front, dude was showing his hand as an OC for many years and not surprising he was given a HC job. Worse candidates or with less experience have been given jobs. He may just be an OC and not a HC. There are so many coordinators that are good but aren't HC material.

Nah. 2-3 seasons can waste talent on a team and put them in purgatory.

Joe judge wanted 2-3 seasons out of Saquon

Look at Brian Dabboll in year 1, what he did
