In his defense as far as INT's go he really ain't get many chances. After the Tampa game where he pick 6'd Jameis twice, QB's just stopped throwing at him for a majority of the season

I think those 4 INT's he did get where early on in the year and QB's stopped testing him. There was a point where QB's had like a retarded low ass percentage when it came to throwing his way

I get your point, but isn't the primary objective to ensure the WR doesn't catch the ball under any circumstance? If Norman is good at that, which he was, then whether he picked it off or not, he did his job.
