To be fair at his best Josh's vert is not 5 inches lower than Lebron'sSmith is not even as athletic as James. James is stronger, has slightly longer arms, has like 5 inches of vert on him, and he's a much better ball handler and shooter, and is just an overall much smarter player.
Smith shot 50% and was a DPoY candidate in '12 when he decided to not shoot threes.

LeBron is visibly more athletic
He's easily faster in the open floor, young LeBron was consistently head level at the rim when he dunked (look at his dunks in the video A1 Shiznit posted), his vertical is definitely over 40 inches like I said the estimate is 44 inches and Nike commercials have LeBron at 40 at the very least. Josh Smith's vert on draft day was 39.5 inches confirmed. LeBron is also much stronger and coordinated with bigger hands and longer arms. Smith is an athletic freak but he was never at LeBron's level.
