Cornerback Prince Amukamara struggled in his start against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Friday night, but drew cheers from teammates and fans after picking off Eli Manning’s fade pass to Domenik Hixon in the end zone Monday during practice.

When video surfaced of Giants second-year cornerback Prince Amukamara getting dunked in an ice bath by Jason Pierre-Paul, the question that had no answer was simple: Why?

No longer a rookie, hazing should, by almost all accounts, be off-limits. For his part, Amukamara is confused as well.

"Yeah, um, well, I mean, I just don't get it. I don't understand the rules," Amukamara told the Star Ledger. "I mean, I'm not a rookie anymore, so I don't know why I'm getting thrown in the tub. DEAD @ Prince's look and body language when he pulled himself out of his icey tub of ether, it probably took everything in him not to cry. I mean atleast kick and punch show some type of restraint, no dude was didn't move while on JPP's back like he was resigned to his fate.
