Maybe Drake told him to say this, so people can say Drake is ending it because an OG said to? That way people wouldn't just say he ran away, but took the advice of J Prince. Either way, he's a shaky warrior.

this makes sense

still an L for drake no matter how you spin it

Lol I think this whole thing is a joke on Drake and his camp's behalf.

First of all, J. Prince has a book coming out. That's enough right there for me to dismiss all this bullshyt he's talking about. I don't care if he's an O.G., those nikkas aren't above attention seeking antics. I'm supposed to believe Drake had a diss record all locked and loaded and ready to go, that was supposedly set to ruin careers (after being embarrassed like that), and instead of releasing it he...made a call instead? Or somebody called him? And said "Nah, chill out." Come on fam.

I don't believe it, and there's more to this part of the story. I simply believe Drake tried to find a way to go at Push and he couldn't without being further laughed off the net. Remember, he dropped that explanation about the blackface pic and it didn't go over well. At all. So to avoid any more public ridicule he's conceding, but not without calling up somebody who's universally respected (in Hip Hop) and having him put out there that Drake is gonna be the "bigger" person and walk away before he hurts feelings, I guess. I think this play was made to save face while also keeping his good guy image somewhat intact.

If it wasn't such a p*ssy move I'd call it a smart idea.

Also, where was this "too far" talk last year when Remy called Nicki a child molester supporter? I'm truly in awe at the responses to this vs last year. Why are people babying this dude who felt like he could come at somebody without proper retaliation? Lol nah man.
