JR is the definition of wasted potential. He's athletic, can shoot, and can carry a team if when he feels like it. If he put in the amount of work that carmello, bron, ect do in the offseason he could've been at least an allstar if not a lower tier superstar. But he's getting money and is still getting contracts, so i guess hes happy
