Are you just going to just post and clearly ignore the article? They lost their license to operate due to the shooting . Lost revenue in the process….. :dahell:

I don't understand why a business would lose their license for someone else shooting on their property either

Now this is a good question to ask if you never been a business owner. Ok if you own anything, state and feds make you get licenses to own in order to run the business legally. The license can be revoked/non renewed based on a number of issues depending on the business field you are in. Clubs, bars etc have very strict licensing rules to follow. If any of those are violated the state can shut you down instantly or stop you from getting a license to continue business. In this case it happen. Did this help you understand a bit more?

Yeah that makes sense, so I guess what I'm confused about is why this whole story doesnt happen more often

People shooting at a business, that business losing its license, and then the shooters getting sued

It feels like these are all things that are uncommon individually that happened to add up in this scenario. Is that not the case?

Just at a glance.

The shooters normally are regular people who would never be able to pay out that kind of money :yeshrug:

Blueface is more valuable financially as a free man, they can make sure he pays out

As far as the place getting shut down idk :yeshrug: surface-level logic tells me Vegas prolly has an extremely low tolerance for clubs that can't control their fukkery, given that whole economy is based on night life

Yeah this is an occurrence that happens often but not published much but the latest example is the Travis Scott incident. People died not by him but he was at fault for a lawsuit because it was his concert. But the business has a strong case to sue if he can prove that they were denied license based on the latest event. Which was the shooting.

Yeah Vegas and shootings are 0 tolerance especially after the hotel massacre.
