This notion that he's going to "keep" fighting is overstated. He can file an appeal. I wonder if they will give the matter expedited review. Problem is, the appellate court is likely only going to focus on questions of law, the facts underlying the decision won't be overturned barring rare circumstances.

Only issue is whether he would be able to obtain a stay pending appeal.
