two different situations cam couldn't wrangle in his boy because he probably didn't give a fukk. Baby on the other hand had a long dog leash on Wayne and wasn't on that not dropping music shyt.At one point he was neck n neck with Lil Wayne. Then he just got lazy as fukk while Wayne kept the streets fed.

I mean he clearly was the head nikka in the dips who before "hot summer" video was popping and etc. somebody gotta keep the youngins inline cam should have been that dude. Julez could have easily been in Wayne place or position today. But that's mostly on julez but also on cam or whoever was around fam.I don't think it's cams job to keep him motivated tho. You could say that about a lot of NY rappers. I remember when No, No, No remix dropped with Millz and the Dips. shyt had me like 
these nikkas are next. I dont know why it seems like NY artists barely drop records compared to other regions. Them ASAP nikkas made it seem like they were going to drop consistently, then Yams passed Joey Badass hasnt dropped in awhile. NY cant just depend on Fab, that nikka might hang up the mic soon. Meanwhile, your favorite southern rapper drops a mixtape once a month.

1. He became a drug addict (lean)
2. He was trying to get out of a funky deal
3. When he finally got out of the funky deal, he realized he was a lazy drug addict. Somehow he has been able to support himself off of what he has already accomplished

his studio got raided for drugs and they took all of his music too
after that he was like fukk it
apparently that's what fukked up the project he was supposed to put out with wayne too
although from what i remember wayne said he tried so many times to get that shyt going by sending him verses and stuff..in the end wayne just got tired and released them on other projects
+ he was allegedly hooked on 'tussin at the time according to Cam
