juelz santana was a mediocre rapper but he had that "it" factor and he should've been a star

He shouldve stayed as a the sidekick.

Because he didn't have the work ethic to be headliner. He wasn't even a that good of a rapper. He just had a good rap voice, and big personality.

But there was a point where he was blazing hot, during his projects with Lil Wayne and but he made the people wait too long for new shyt and lost all his momentum.

Did "I can't feel my face" ever come out?

I don't know if his problem was work ethic. breh got caught up in the meltdown of two camps. first the roc, then dipset and there were a lot of disputes over his contact, that prevented him from releasing music.

dude's career is basically over, who really checkin for Juelz besides his past fans? that goes for alot of these guys who don't re-invent themselves.

Yea this is the classic case of bouncing the ball off of your foot while your on a fast break by yourself, he could have blown up way bigger but to me it seemed like he was too comfortable relying on the dip wave to venture out, Jim jones did it perfectly with way less talent and charisma.

He was never the same since Iron Mike punked him and used him as a hand sign puppet. Lol.

elz was a star to me tbh listening to his old mixtapes and then seeing him come up with the from me to u album was a big transition

for me it was in this order

mixtape juelz -
Oh boy era elz - the video was on tv all the time
from me to u elz - santanas town got heavy tv play on a lot of channels
what the Game's Been Missing elz - mic cheak got radio play here alot and chicks loved the Whistle Song
skullgang era elz - more mixtapes to keep the skreets feed
dvd era elz - around this time he was stunting hard on those dvds with the chains and bracelets

no need to even go into the lil wayne cant feel my face stuff

but ellz had a good run
