1. Monotone, over-enunciating words so you can hear all of his vocal movements.
2. Starts off slow with a bunch of punchlines that he leans into so they sound even worse.
3. Beat changes, then he goes into the hibbity dibbity flippity speed raps.

Eminem's verse was actually dope, he talked about the progression of drug addiction and how it has killed a bunch of people too soon and how he's lucky he didn't die from it himself
