Some of yall cant be serious trying to defend this shyt. In no way should one associate twerking and education, it sends the wrong message and trivializes the whole purpose of pursuing a higher education.
The issue with me isnt twerking it's the association of it with academic pursuits. If I were the dean of the school I would not want a student going there because of a twerk contest, that's not a goodlook. Secondly I'd hope a woman that genuinely is interested inadvancing her education doesnt look to do so by demoralizing herself in any way.
