Teams care too much about draft picks. Assuming no cap issues, teams should have zero issue giving up picks for a player like Julio.
Julio's 32 and expensive with a ton of miles on his body. He's worth the picks in a vacuum, but only ready-made contenders who can put him on a pitch count + afford for him to miss 4 or more games as precautionary maintenance should've been interested in trying to squeeze one last run out of him.

Ravens, and to a lesser extent Indy are the biggest losers here.

Indy doesn’t know what they have in Wentz yet. I can understand their lack of pursuit with the amount of question marks they currently have. Nothing would be worse than to have Wentz perform disastrous again and then Julio out for the season to some lingering injury.
