I think Russell is redundant with Lonzo there. A wing with elite defensive potential like Tatum would be a better fit.
Need Russell for the halfcourt offense and pick and roll. Tatum would be cool if we didn't have Ingram. You don't give up your best player for an unproven inferior draft pick.

Sure why not? Even with those resources there's still plenty out of shape professional athletes lol.

Anyone can get in shape with or without money. It's all about the effort. So props to Julian.

Anybody can do it so I'm supposed to be impressed that Julian did it :jbhmm:

Personally, I'm impressed when anyone does it, as very few people take pride in their physical appearance and conditioning.

I've seen many skinny and fat people fail to get in shape throughout the years. It ain't easy.

I work 9-5, lift weights, run, and swim. I'm in good shape.

BUT, if my job WAS to stay in shape, have millions of dollars to hire a personal chef who can make healthy food delicious, and have all day to train, i would be fukking ripped.

Eating is 70% of the results. Getting food prepped, buying healthy expensive food, and eating 6-7 meals per day gives you an massive advantage if you want to see results. I don't have time for all that shyt when i have kids and a job that won't allow me to do all that.

I eat bullshyt all day everyday.
You must do the work and I do bullshyt to look the way I look.
Diet and cardio are a fukk'n myth.

Ct Fletcher ate four big macs and two large fries every day and was lifting and in visual shape.
Now granted you have to make sure not to eat in that vein.
Yet if you actually do the work.
You can eat whatever you like.
All that eat this many meals and macros is for people on fukk'n tren and all that other bullshyt.
All that fitness shyt is code for on steroids.
It has nuffin to do with really being jacked and ripped.

I know so cause I eat tacos, fried chicken and bullshyt everyday.
Only veggie I eat every day is spinach.
Which I am sure some fukk'n egg head software on some powder.
or some shyt will have issue with.
while being jealous I have better aesthetics with more strength and less work.


All you gotta do is lift that shyt.

To the point I used to do 2200+ crunches three times a week for three years straight.

I have not done one fukk'n crunch in three years now and I don't have a heavy dead lift or any of that shyt they say cuts you up.
You just have to do the fukk'n work.

All that fitness shyt is a steroid based and welled in a fukkin roid tren user lie.

The odd man out is Russell. I would try to trade him to the Sixers for the #3 pick so the Lakers can draft Jayson Tatum.

PG - Lonzo Ball
SG - Jayson Tatum
SF - Brandon Ingram
PF - Julius Randle
C - Ivica Zubac

This is a future NBA championship core.
