So PSN is under maintenance right now and my brother can't play TLOU because his copy is digital. It says something about can't verify license unless connected to the internet.
This is some bullshyt. This is almost like that bullshyt DRM XB1 was about to implement.

Thank the lord i always buy a hard copy 99% of the time. the only game i DD was watch dogs. And this is what they wanted on the xbox one...
I'm surprised that when you downloaded the game to your hard drive you have the option of playing it offline forever in case something like this happens. but i figure if the game needs a crucial update then it wont work without it and thus it wont start, but also just like a computer you should have the option of playing the game without the damn update.
Also Edited to Add... the reason it may not be working is that the server is down you gotta wait until it's back up to register your machine as primary ps4 i believe. be patient fam, play something else.from disk

It already works again for my brother. It just was a weird issue but I know what caused it. My PS4 digital titles worked fine.

you're still having issues after the maint update ?And I only have one ps4 and only used my account on that console. Shouldn't it be obvious that that's my primary console? I have to manually do that even tho I only have one console?
