I think these folks are from central america. I think they fly people from there back to their home countries (El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala) so they "store" them for a while. Mexicans used get dropped at the border back in the day, but I've heard they get put in these jails also for a few months. Privatized facilities making guap storing illegals?
