Update..so finall got called in with 14 other possible jurors.
The defendant is a young breh. Flamed up from head to toe with family in the back.
I got a feeling I was selected cus I’m the only breh in a sea of cacs.
I’m waiting in the break room now

Got called up for Grand Jury Duty which required me to come to the courthouse 3 days/week for 5 month and wait ALL DAY...., fukk no!
I hit up my doctor, complained about something and duke wrote me an excuse letter. Got out!

I got called twice for it
First time I had class so I could go and the second time was nov last year and I was there for like 8 hours and didn't get picked.
I went to sleep for a few hours...and the rest of the time I was watching stuff on youtube..free wifi

Yup I was selected and not allowed to talk about the case. On the bright side, it may or may not end tommorow but no longer than Friday.

Not guilty
Man can you’ll believe they tried to convict breh mainly because he was “short”. The witnesses kept saying it was him because it was unusual for black males to be 5’2 and that stood out to them the most.
I also learned not to judge a book by it’s cover, cus the people I assumed were trump votes in the beginning were the first ones to say NOT GUILTY citing how biased cops are to black males specially Seattle police department.
Overall I am glad I served
