I actually agree. I don’t know how they be making everything look so amazing.

Lots and lots of practice. With prepped food it's more tricky because time is a factor and you don't want hot/cold items heading for room temps.

Start with charcuterie boards(r/CharcuterieBoards/), be patient, practice. Then try simple breakfast plates and keep adding on and trying new stuff, look at pros' work and take inspiration from those(r/CulinaryPlating).

I rarely if ever use hot sauce. I used to eat it much more when I was younger. But I just use enough pepper for spice. I usually don’t be eating my food with sauces and shyt like that. Even when I go to chick fila and get nuggets, I never get sauce.

And I grew up eating catfish damn near every Friday. I’m on way more playa fishes now :hhh:
