Apparently there is some kind of DRM remnants remaining in the XB1.

I can guarantee you it works fine. I know you hope it fails so bad that you look and cling to anyy flaw you can find. But what you are not factoring in is the guy has had the system for 25seconds. Isn't probably a professional Kinect user and has to do things like Calibrate the camera perfectly while having silence in the house as it test out how sound bounces off the walls and furniture. That isn't the first thing I'd expect people to do. They are amazed by everything else that what I just said is not a priority. But it should be. As a Kinect 1.0 owner, these things made a world of difference and I expect it to be similar (albeit not as dramatic)

And if you say "Well this review site said this" I have to remind you that review sites these days don't take everything they review seriously. Kinect gets the most half assed reviews its comical.
