First time seeing him li ve...:yeshrug:

Can't lie, I'm not the biggest Jigga fan but dude knows how to put together a show and entertain the crowd...rocked for just about 2 hours with Timbaland doing some intermezzos...

And I realized a lot of his songs sound MUCH better live, especially those from MCHG...the album didn't pass the headphone test but Tom Ford, Picasso Baby or fukkwithmeyouknowIgotit are MUCH better live...

That's all :yeshrug:

Not to be ignorant or nuthin. But does the typical French person even speak English? I woulda sworn that French is their native tongue n that the majority dont bother to learn English.

They actually can but the people like to act as if they don't. I speak a bit of French and caught a bunch of nikkas straight fronting when i was there last.

Yeah well obviously people who go to a Jay-Z concert arent' "regular" french people, I mean they're in touch with American culture so just by listening you're bound to learn something.

It's just like anywhere else in the world where the language is not related to English: people will only learn it if they feel they need it. And you don't really need English if you're staying in France.

They actually can but the people like to act as if they don't. I speak a bit of French and caught a bunch of nikkas straight fronting when i was there last.

Thing is french people are often quite self-conscious about their level in english (and in foreign languages in general) because there is a big pressure to speak french correctly (so it translates in trying to speak foreign languages correctly), they know they have a very marked accent and they also know that most people...think they can't speak foreign languages, so they kinda feel under scrutiny when they have to.
