rentals. closed 12 deals in a month.
crazy thing is the fist month on the job nothing was working. I sat there thinking like I did all that for nothing. $0 earned and my boss was starting to take notice that I was a scrub
But I sat there like nah breh, this dude next to me is closing deals I can do at least one. I will not have done all of that work for nothing. Then before i knew it was like the world took off her panties and gave it to me

@yo moms I'm 19 too in the same situation and I'm gonna tell you the few options you could chose
Get a shyt job and barely get by in life
End up a crackhead robbing people and shoplifting
sell drugs and take drugs, have to fight and stab nikkas, then go to jail and have nikkas trying to murk you when you get out
Or you can do what I'm currently doing. Get your government money and save for at least a month. Apply for an access course(im getting into computer science) Now I spend my days hitting the gym, playing my Xbox one on my 45" flat screen. Buying new clothes and shoes. Once September comes I'll go to college, swim in p*ssy and post nudes for the coli brehs from my new HTC One. Few years later I'll have finished from uni and do be doing something I enjoy while earning £$£$£$. What sounds better breh?

yea apartment rentals. You get the available listings in whatever neighborhood you work (you got to constantly update your inventory cause they change so fast). You scour for leads then once you gain the client you take them to whatever apartments you have. You show them a few then try to sell em/close em on one. Once they sign that lease (1year) you get a commission equal to one months rent.
Sounds cool on the upside but its a dog eat dog industry breh trust me.

For example I wanna do computer science so I have to go to my local college for a year or two and study maths, maybe English, Computer programming and maybe science etc. it's the equivalent of your a levels and this gets you into university.

Some buildings in NY are like that too. They have actual rental offices but if a broker brings in the client they will pay you a commission
Im sure its the same over there, cause in real estate the #1 priority is to be at 100% capacity as fast as possible. Brokers helping you market the property just makes that process exponentially faster

theres so many apartment complexes around here. If I could get commission for selling for each one instead of just 1 apartment complex id make so much bank

For the ESA you can get forms and talk to people over the phone so you don't have to go to the job center, but I have to go to my gp every few months and get him to send the government a sick note stating I can't work most of the jobs available because of my autism. It doesn't play a part in the applying for access course, it just means I get money. As for the access courses just google "access courses Birmingham" (for an example if you're from brum town?) Read whatever applies to you and you will be able to find out more. Courses, how to apply, fees etc. Access courses are free pretty much 99% of the time
