:whew:Full windows brehs....i dont see a legit reason why anybody would get a Droid or apple tab over these full windows tabs now that they finally got the battery life up to par. shyt is great. No restrictions whatsoever.

Firstrow sports with no problems :ohlawd:
Being able to post pictures directly in Facebook comments (cant on droids):myman:

....amongst other things you cant do without full windows.

Might return this for the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 though :patrice:

officially on the windows tab wave though

I mentioned moons ago Windows tablets won't be desireable until Intel further lowers the power draw of their processors alongside enhancing GPU performance. Post-Broadwell chips a Windows Tablet becomes a no-brainer and RT can rot in hell where it belongs.

Definitely a great tablet, too bad I just don't have much use for tablets

THIS!!!! I already have a smartphone & a desktop PC that I use all the time. I don't see how a Tablet would fit into my life. The best I could do is compromise by selling my smartphone & getting a phablet like a Xperia Z Ultra, Note II, Note III, or G Pro.

I use a tablet for the same things I used to do on my smartphone at home. web surfing in bed. checking email. running the same apps. watching online videos.

When at home the tablet is a good substitute for using the smartphone. the only things that can't be done on them is actual activities involving your cell phone number like texting and calls. they can do Google Voice stuff though.

i was looking through tablets for my fiance and told her she should grab that dell venue since it was only going for 130. then we found the nextbook for like 50 bucks cheaper w/ basically the same specs and i told her fukk it grab that one. i'm always on one of the desktop pc's. i can't fukk with tablets, you gotta move your hand too damn much for that shiit. i can understand if you're always on the go, but if not it makes zero sense to me.

That's my point. I already do all that shyt with my smartphone. There's why there's no point of me getting a tablet.

I had an iPad Air almost for a month last semester while attending college shxt was pure piff :ohlawd:

If you go to school or work on the move I can see the need of a tablet as it almost(those windows ones do) the same thing as a laptop with less wait to carry around and usually better battery life :ahh:

If you don't do those things then it's just a unnecessary commodity :manny:

you might be right, but its way more comfortable to do those things on a tablet. maybe not worth 200-500 to you, but to some people it is

A tablet is still a big iPod touch/android device to me. I like the fact that the venue 8 pro runs full windows 8, but all I was doing on it was browsing the internet on my couch.

I like the 8inch tabs because of the bigger screens as opposed to cellphones. Some things I like to do on the net I rather do on a bigger screen. I like being able to surf comfortably without draining my cell battery or sitting next to a outlet charging. I also hate filling out online forms on smart phones.. I get lazy and just wait until I can get to a bigger screen lol.

Also...other tabs like a droid or iPad are missing certain features that make a tablet let worth it. I'm actually thinking about ditching cable soon now that I can watch live nba games on first row sports...something I couldn't do on my phone because I had no flash....couldn't be done on a iPad or a droid tab either (not smoothly at least).

I will say...at the prices iPads are its definitely not worth it...for me its a convenience thing. This tab is dope though.
