I actually think the way Microsoft handles it is better. Have a problem with your batteries you can grab a couple of rechargeable ones cheap instead of possibly having to replace the controller.

But it's 2015...using 1975 antics.

I mean I "get" it, but the DS4 battery life thing is completely overblown. Vast majority love it.

Gonna try out these new thumbsticks later this week on my blue DS4 on the way.

Nothing wrong with using AA rechargeable batteries in 2015. If the 1975 methods are better for the consumer then so be it.

Its okay to dog out both the PS4 and Xbox One for using old GPUS and processor in their systems, but I bring up using AAs in 2015 and that is acceptable. Esp when you have to keep buying them?

DS4 is much better than the DS3 and feels much more premium as well. Touchpad and sensor, bigger, better triggers, still the best DPAD. Share button.

Rechargeable batteries... You buy them once and they last a long time. Problem with the battery you simply swap them. Problem with the DS4? You have to replace the whole pad, there is no way that is better for the consumer in the long run.

Just looked it up. It was less than 1% at launch with 1 million sold. I don't know it now but I'd wager these blod's you see are in isolation and not any actual "widespead" issue like you're making it out to be. This has nothing to do with not seeing anything wrong with Sony, i just don't believe you. There's no facts here. Out of 20 Million PS4's, 1% failure rate is about 20,000. That's hardly a concern.

I copped one last Wednesday after not playing games consistently since ps2 back in like 2004. Batman & Bloodborne came wit it. Bought MKX, MLB & 2K15.

Been OD'ing on MKX. A lil more time and I'm gon start coming for u nikkas. Played 2K for 5 minutes, couldn't score and ejected the damn thing
