I thought those Epson's didn't do native 4k? That's why I just copped a TV instead until we got some native 4K projectors since the Sony Native 4Ks are rediculously expensive

I am, was waiting on the Native 4k projectors to drop in price. I was VERY tempted to cop that one you got, but I'll wait a couple of years. We gotta get Native 4k projectors down to a reasonable price soon I hope.

Only good native 4k projector is made by Sony and is 17k. The 10k JVC projector is inferior to this Epson one and is 10K.

This projector is best deal on market for 4k viewing and gaming IMHO.

This is the one I was looking at initially. Obviously, Sony is selling this to a niche crowd, but...

shyt doesn't even do HDR and that shyt is 6 stacks.

shyt, there isn't one that does 4k native and HDR for less than 10K

Image quality is on par with true 4k projectors. Not sure what big deal is if your eyes can't can't differentiate the two.

It's not native but it employs pixel to achieve safe effect. All reviews put it's visuals on par with 10k Sony projectors. Plus the fact it does HDR is key. Many more expensive projectors don't do that.

That's the PJ I was gonna get but when i learned it wasn't real 4k I got a W1070 instead. I wanted the Sony 4k PJ but it's still 10k

So I fired it up on my 120 inch screen. And I must admit this projector is fukking fantastic. I upgraded from a 5 year old 1080p projector, and this thing outclasses it in every way. Blacks are much deeper, colors after more vibrant. Standard Blu rays are even further enchanced via the pixel shifting technology. My xbox s games pip like a mother. I'm eager to hook up Scorpio to this bad boy.

That being said, on a scale from one to ten,i rate it a Go!
