I went to sleep blaming Houston’s style of offense and Harden having no changeup, but then I watched that compilation of no calls. And I was speechless. We all know GS has the refs as the 6th man, but they got 4 all stars vs one...if they couldn’t find a way to lead on their own merits, they shouldn’t have gotten bailed out. Most of the no calls I saw in the vid were when Houston was close to pushing the lead to 20, Houston was finding ways to score without shooting every possesion and Klay was in foul trouble (which completely disappeared after the early 3rd)

There also has to be some attention given to how demoralizing it must be to be hacked every other possesion and get nothing for it. I think the 4 pt play that never was the point where harden basically shut it down for the night. And while that’s morally weak, I couldn’t imagine being in his shoes. Any brehs that watched the game 6 in 02 tell me if there’s any parallels between that and this game
Exactly. I was there in person and I was absolutely disgusted. I've never such a blatant case of biased reffing in any sport in my life. Euro league soccer isn't even this bad! While the NFL is racist as shyt, at theyre far more fair.

I've already decided I'll be no longer renewing my season Tix. I've already doneso for next year unfortunately as it was required for me to get playoff Tix this year, but after that, im done.

I'll be no more than a casual fan of the sport. I refuse to invest so much time and personal energy in organized sports in this fukking country again.

Yeah, I'm gonna bow out breh. I've already stated the refs sucked all series (on both sides of the floor), you've seen video proof of Harden hooking and pulling JB and the NBA tweeted about it being the correct call, the Rockets missed 37 3's, etc.

Additionally, like I said before: If the refs wanted to swing things GS's way they could do so easily by just calling the fouls against Curry that happen (damn near) all the time. They wouldn't have to deal with the added drama and attention that not calling (phantom) fouls for Houston has brought on them.

Let's just agree to disagree. I really don't want anyone seeing me argue with you from a distance and be confused...
I've played basketball before. You can't box someone out and call it a screen. Bell was in motion before Harden even got there. The NBA let's alot of illegal screens go. But that a block good enough for Christian McCaffery to run behind.:heh:

The only parallels are that they were both blatantly one-sided affairs to any unbiased observer.

The unprecedented free throw discrepancy was the story in Kings Lakers, but Foster has gotten more slick from the days of Donaghy's rigging (good friends who worked together since 02). Just as today's players have gotten more savvy, the refs of today know that people have much quicker access to simple numbers like raw free throw numbers, so they have to be more tactical with their approach i.e. the good block that was immediately called a goaltend on Houston in the 2nd quarter and wasn't reviewable and no one ever mentioned again.

A game full of calls like that not only helps Golden State in dozens of little increments and helps to sway momentum constantly back in their favor, but it also breaks the spirit of the team they're screwing over. The back to back obvious 3pt hacks then the 4pt play getting wiped away sent a clear message to everyone on the court that a) Houston is not supposed to win this game, b) Golden State should feel free to be as physical as possible because we arent even calling BLATANT fouls, c) Klay Thompson is not picking up another foul anytime soon so stop drawing them it wont work, and d) We are not afraid to blatantly rob one guy of 10 points in a row if we have to.

That's soul-crushing and it's by design. By the time Bell set the most obvious illegal screen of the season to get Steph going from the corner, Houston had accepted the message. No team, much less a team like Houston, misses 27 straight 3s unless they are feeling hopeless and just going through the motions.

I said before the game that Foster and Callahan needed to step up for the Warriors to win and they sure did. Worked to perfection and used Harden's ft rep as a smokescreen to do it.

Houston 0-6 now all time in playoff games officiated by Scott Foster. Voted worst official by NBA players. Selected lead official in 2018 WFC Game 7.

Imagine that :mjpls:
"But but but they missed so many threes!!" - typical braindead coli sports fan

Again, as judged by the opinions many people are fine with the rigging or are just to simple to understand.

Again, I hope people will enjoy this shyt product because I'm done fukking with it.

that moving pick by Bell was one of the most audacious things Ive ever seen in a game. Like me and my uncle was discussin that whole 3rd quarter the rig job was on but that no call deadass made me walk out the room. The fact that the NBA rather keep guys like this that are known scumbags for years and years (even after Donaghy listed them in the same league as him) shows you alot straight up. The NBA is too fukking blatant with it and they actually have the more intelligent fanbase in comparison to the NFL. NFL watchers can actually annually see near undefeated teams dominate the entire playoffs and fukk up every super bowl and not think twice about it. Some of them are actual rockheads like that. And the NFL still treats them more like intellectuals than the NBA.

Scott Foster is the one who talked on the phone to Donaghy several times a day when Donaghy was funneling tips and insider info to the bookies.

A league that had any desire to look legitimate would have immediately fired him.

And can anyone explain the fact that four of the most corrupt refs (Donaghy, Mike Callahan, Ed Malloy, and Joey Crawford) all get the big games and all attended the same fukking high school?

All I can figure is that the lesser teams are pacified by the revenue sharing and don't care that their teams are pushed aside in favor of teams like the Lakers whenever possible.

I have to agree too. That hush money plus the chance to be picked for the occasional "non-relevant team" championship seems to keep alot of small markets invested.

Lowkey ya'll should be happy the refs missed calls in the 3rd.

Cause now there's something to deflect from the team wide choke job the Rockets pulled in the end.

Anything is better than having to admit that if your team even made 25% of their 3pt attempts you basically would have a ring.

The league will never see a team go completely ice fukkin cold like that ever again. Ya'll made history. :ohhh:

The funny thing is they still shot like 10+ more FTs than the Warriors in the game and had a distinct advantage cuz Klay got 3 fouls on him early

:russ:Rockets getting a taste of their own medicine.
More like Rockets getting a taste of the same medicine every team gets when playing the Warriors.

You can either make that call AND give Harden 14 free throws...or you can "let them play."

What you CANT do is make that call on one end and swallow whistles on obvious fouls for Houston and expect everyone to act like this shyt was fair and legit. You made it too blatant. People see it and we're not forgetting it.
