I don't fully understand your question. We can send a reset over the phone but only if people FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS which few of them have. IT contacted all the locations and had the managers contact them and TELL them what to do and these b*stards are STILL wiping everything. IYou have to have users call and manually type their passwords in over the phone ?
It's not that damn hard. I have DOZENS to rebuild & configure and that's WITH the locations helping
I don't see us recovering this week. Voicemails are still at 1100. Calls are slammed. Queues are slammed.

not at all! Just ignore almost a dozen warnings & that you're about to erase everything and THEN leave just as many voicemail tickets. Everybody's doing it and it's not like I have other shyt to do at all
