The Witcher 3 runs at 30fps on medium/high settings if I remember on my cousins rig which had a GTX 660 Non-Ti and a FX6100. Even the crappy Watch Dogs ran at like 35-40fps at 1080P on his system while PS4 was running at 30fps at 900P.Let's not pretend that mgsv isn't one of the best console ports out
If it gives him what he wants, then that's cool.
All I'm saying is he's a little behind the times. Ubi will kill him (I know, I know) and I really doubt games like the Witcher 3 are gonna run at ps4 levels. That's one of the most demanding games out. But you're right 1080p is a lot easier than 1440p all ultra or whatever.
It's a good first build. I still think he'll wanna upgrade the card soon though. We'll see![]()
Of course if you're talking enthusiasts level PC gaming, a GTX 660 TI ain't shyt. Right now If I had to build a relatively inexpensive PC I'd start with a 970 at the least.

I'm tellin u breh it's doable.

I would definitely send that power supply back but it's whatever at this point.
when this shyt got running. Building this shyt my self got me feeling godly.:mydamn:
I didnt know..I just like smaller builds. Took me a few days becasue I ordered a regular PSU and turns out I supposed of got a full modular PSU. Took me forever t o find a place for the unused cables
. i finally did. Powered it up and it wouldn't come on
..I started googling and someone said remove one of the ram sticks and try. I did and it booted up so i installed windows.
. Turns out one of my ram slots had dust or presure from cpu on motherboard was fukking with the ram bank. I blew in it and reseated the cpu/cooler and both ram sticks work now. PC build in total cost bout 450-460.

I got burned with a used card so i said never again, turned it on it was loud as fukk
