I love chicken liver, I'll have some tomorrow.

I used to love when my mom made liver as a kid. I don’t cook it as an adult bc I don’t know how. Am I weird

Do you not know how to heat up some oil, some onions and throw liver (with seasoning and vegetables) in a pan until it cooks?

Uh yea, however it’s easy to mess something up if you’ve never cooked it. I could also look up a recipe if I really wanted to, I just haven’t had the inclination.
