Bruh, liver is super underrated. People in general dont care much for offal but liver and onions was my shyt as a kid...but it took years to get to the point I clamored for it. Thanks, I know whats on my shopping list for Monday.
Liver and gizzards confused me so much as a kid & my Mom was a beast in the kitchen. I eat with all my senses & those 'meats' never appealed to any of them.
