This movie was asscheeks
They tried too much to make it a "comedy" with cheesy scenes and It caught me off guard, just for the fact that I watched this movie expecting a serious type "horror."

And the way they ended it was like a path to a sequel, but if you know anything about Burton it's that he hates sequels and people are just saying that he left the ending open to match the feeling of the original "Dark Shadows" in the soap opera form of a "cliffhanger."
I can't really say because I was no where to be found in the 70's
On another note, Eva Green and Michelle Pfiffer had me like
so they were good for that at least.
