I tried to give it a chance. I really did because I thought, if I’m I’m going to hate TP, i need to atleast give his movies a chance. But I bailed after the old folks ran out too.

Everybody was just being so unnecessarily evil and hostile towards her with no motivation.

I was like why is her boss being so evil?This old black man is calling the cops on her after she shotvthe robber and saved both of their lives. Why is this landlord being so mean? She wasn’t even late with the rent.

Even the racist cop wasn’t believable. I mean how hard is it to make a racist good ole boy cop believable in the south?

Tyler Perry is usually diabolical though. I was watching ‘Beauty in Black’ until I saw a dude knee deep in bussy, hitting it like prime Wesley Pipes. I had to turn it off at that point.
