Just found a wallet at a gas station..what should I do?

I walked by a wallet leaving the crib the other day. Thought nothing of it. It was right in front of somebody door with a ring camera and if they retraced their steps i wouldn't want to jeopardize their mission by moving it.
Lost my shyt one time and now i check my pockets every time i get up or sit down. And i don't sit my pocket items down nowhere outside my home, not even my lighter

I remember being in line for a roller coaster with my pops when I was a kid. We were next and the last couple were getting out. Dude dropped his wallet right back into the seat. I took it, showed my pops and he told me to sit on it until the ride is over. When we got back, pops told me to take all the cash then hand the wallet to the ride attendant. Dude had like $300+ in his wallet.

I emptied some trash out on long side of the main road where I live..a center with stores by a green dumpster. I couldn't find my wallet anywhere. Thought I left it at the doctor's office. That was like 5pm....at 11pm, I went back to that dumpster and there it was my wallet with my money, cards, DL all intact. Amazing. All the potential for people walking by and I was still the only person who found it.
