Happened at my first job after I graduated from college. Dude looked like Bobby Hill with a thyroid problem. He would walk around the office and any of the younger female office workers who’s shoelaces were untied, he’d kneel down to tie em no permission whatsoever. Dude always seemed off but we always chalked that up to him coming into the office from the fields.

Maybe you can work from home … 27 and 16 ain’t normal … its very rare for a 16 year old to be in the same place as late twenty guy… unless it was family friend or related or a friends younger sister or whatever
