Like I applied March 2018, they emailed me Feb 2020 :mjlol:

So long ago, had to think what job did I apply for

"After careful review, we have decided to chose other candidates who more closely align to the position requirements "

Jobs are just trolling at this point :skip:

I use to hate going and interviewing for jobs and I knew they already had in mind who was getting the job.

Years ago, when I was at a breaking point with interviews, I straight up asked the guy why he called me in if they were going to hire from within. He said companies legally have to post the job, and interview people, and they like seeing what’s out there for competition.

I GOT A DENIAL LETTER THAT SAID I WAS UNQUALIFIED FOR A POSITION THAT I TRAINED THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME TO TRAIN THE PERSON THEY HIRED. I CALMLY SHOWED THEM THE EMAIL AND DECLINED.
Wow. That’s kinda what happened to my mom when she was a young nurse. Training some white women for a more advanced position they didn’t let her get. She definitely sued

That shyt got really annoying, I'd go interview for a job just to see them hire someone from within. Not to mention, I was interviewing better than some of the people they were hiring.

I started going into interviews not really giving a fukk, and my interviewing skills got much better. I became more relaxed and composed too.

It took me about 3 years and probably close to 30 interviews before I got what I wanted. That shyt was frustrating as hell when I was going through it though.
