Well we have an HMO so its pretty cheap for us... a $35 copay and less than $500 for the procedure

I got one, mine was just my co-pay which was $45. Just depends on your insurance since the op had other cost.

You have to either be at least 30 years old or have 4 children to be approved to get your tubes tied. We could have waited until next year (when she turns 30) but there were so many comolications during her C-section, i opted to just go ahead and get the vasectomy
