just got android 4.3 on my nexus 4

a guy i talk to is a dev for Team D.I.R.T and does AOKP roms said the biggest difference to him was the camera

go to gallery app app info force close then clear cache and data.....go to camera do the same thing....see if it resolve the issue. if not u need to do a factory reset to restore the system files. ye you will still be on 4.3

I've already done 3 system restores, issue remains.

Flash the 4.3 package from wugfresh toolkit. u have to click update to get the 4.3 build option via the program menu. Click the flash stock and unroot although youre not rooted.....it will reflash 4.3 issues will be gone.
