East coast Mexican food from what I understand is not even the same type of Mexican cuisine as the food you get in places like Colorado and Arizona.

East coast Mexicans are from a certain part of Mexico I believe.

@Cave Savage can spread some light on this topic.
New York Mexicans are overwhelmingly from Puebla and the areas around the state. Cali and by extension Arizona Mexicans are from Baja California, Sinaloa, Sonora, Jalisco, and Oaxaca

Yeah, most of the Mexicans out here are from Puebla while the West is more varied.

And we don't have a long history of Mexicans here, so most of the spots are catered to working class Paisas and their kids. So you can get good tacos for sure but you're not gonna find stuff like Carne Asada fries that Californians are used to

Yea I don’t care how good Mexicans look on the west coast. They will never touch a Latina from the Caribbean in no looks department.

c’mon even rappers not from the east coast know the deal with Dominicans, Rican’s and Cubans (add Colombians and Venezuelans in there also)

Mexicans?

:mjlol:

Most of the Colombian girls I know in New York look like lighter skinned Mexicans

I live in the East Coast and this was my first time on the west coast. 2 and a half weeks in Arizona and three days in California.

Weather:
I found the hot weather in Phoenix to be very different from the east coast summers.

I can’t stand humidity. Those New York summers, muggy and as soon as you step outside your t-shirt is already soaked up with sweat :scust:

Phoenix had that kinda heat if you are outside under the direct sunlight :wow:

I would go to the park when it s 102F and people were just chilling under trees and the gazebos at the park :ehh:

Humidity doesn’t give a shyt if you are under a tree or any type of shade. If you outdoors….it spits at you :pacspit:

Don’t get it twisted though. When it gets over 105F :snoop:

It doesn’t matter humidity vs dry heat. :to:

Two days ago it was 108F :sadbron: :whew: :deadmanny:

Women:

West Coast is the best Coast :whoo:

Pawgs, Paags, beautiful Mexican girls and the amount of gorgeous black chicks I saw  :blessed:

Oh!!! For the pawg lovers…….:patrice:

I thought Montreal and Denver had the most gorgeous white girls……..No Sir :ohlawd:

Also, chicks out here are friendly asf, bro.

Just a quick “Hey, how are you?” to a girl always ends up with a good conversation :myman:

Cost of living:
Cheaper compared to the East Coast. Although, it depends what kind of lifestyle you are looking for. I saw one bedroom apartments going from $700 to $2500 per month.

Depends with the neighborhood and your lifestyle.

Some parts of Glendale it’s all ……:trash:

Dudes looking at you funny like :birdman:

That’s where you got the really cheap apartments.

The more you get near ASU (Tempe) the prices start climbing.

Scottsdale got some gorgeous neighborhood but the prices :whoa:

Scenery

Arizona is BEAUTIFUL.

I don’t even like desert but I when I was driving to Sedona or even around Phoenix …..a brother was like :ohhh: :ehh: :wow:

No wonder DMX said the first time he was crossing Arizona, he fell in love with its beauty and thought “This must be God’s country.”

Is there anything I didn’t like about Arizona:

Dudes out here drive crazy :picard:

If the speed limit is 55 that means you add 15+ = 70 mph :gucci:

I thought I was the only one that noticed this but I met this dude at the hotel bar I was staying at. he was visiting too from Toronto, Ca.

While we are talking about the excitement of Phoenix…this dude out of the blue was like “They drive crazy out here though.”

Especially on the highway :dwillhuh: :hubie:

This is my Phoenix rating and Arizona in General……

I will give it 7.5/10

Fell in love with this city :jawalrus:

I’m out.
Just visited last week, 7.5/10 is a pretty good score.

Old town Scottsdale was lit as hell, and I even found an all black nightclub INTL.

That dry heat >>> NY humid heat forsure

I did see a few crazy drivers while out there. It also felt like getting to your destination took forever, since it’s mainly flatland out there. Most of the places I was going had me driving straight for hella long.

Seen some :mjpls: shyt out there as well, like huge trump flags attached to their pickup trucks, but nobody said anything directly to me or my group of friends

The beach club Maya was like Drais in Las Vegas, and my homies even found a plug for free entry and tables :wow:

Lots of PAWGS and Latinas there if you’re into that, and the black women I did see were fine

I’m definitely going back this summer :takedat:
